User-entered information remains the authority for current Oycora property analysis.
Inputs and defaults
Oycora uses the values entered by the user together with clearly presented defaults. Defaults are starting assumptions, not claims about a particular property or market.
Local drafts and transfers
Authorized calculators may store one input-only draft in the browser for up to 30 days. One-time calculator transfers remain in browser session storage for up to 15 minutes. Imported fields become user-controlled after editing.
Addresses and results
Property addresses are excluded from calculator drafts and transfers. Derived results are recalculated rather than persisted in those stores.
No automatic valuation
Oycora does not currently provide automatic property valuations, rent estimates, market rankings, or silent third-party property-data substitution.
Future data assistance
If optional data assistance is introduced later, Oycora intends to disclose the source, retrieval date, confidence or range where relevant, whether the value is active, user override controls, and material limitations.
