Legal information
Privacy Policy
This implementation summary describes the current Phase 1 product’s browser-local data behavior. Final legal review is still required before launch.
Calculator information
Calculator inputs and results are processed in the browser. Oycora currently does not transmit financial analysis data to an external service.
Local drafts and transfers
Authorized complex calculators may store one current, input-only draft locally for up to 30 days. Cross-calculator transfers use one-time browser session storage for up to 15 minutes. Property addresses and derived results are excluded.
Accounts and cloud storage
Phase 1 currently has no accounts, cloud property storage, saved-property history, or portfolio infrastructure.
Analytics, newsletter, and contact
Optional Google Analytics 4 product analytics are disabled unless you choose Allow analytics and the production service has been configured. When enabled, Oycora sends only allowlisted page, calculator, report, article, newsletter, and contact interaction labels. It does not send addresses, calculator values or results, search terms, form contents, email addresses, persistent Oycora user IDs, or precise location. Google may process ordinary device, session, network, and coarse geographic information as part of its analytics service. Advertising personalization, Google Signals, and automatic page-view collection are disabled. Newsletter signup stores the email address in Oycora’s private subscriber store so subscriptions, export, unsubscribe, and deletion can be operated. Contact details and message text are sent to Oycora’s configured recipient and are not retained by the application after delivery. Abuse controls retain only short-lived pseudonymous counters. No calculator values or property addresses are included.
Browser controls
Privacy settings in the page footer let you allow or withdraw optional analytics at any time. That preference is stored locally for up to 180 days. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection on Oycora; browser controls can also remove the preference and any provider cookies. Clearing all local site data also removes locally stored drafts and pending transfers.
