Visible assumptions
Inputs, defaults, and imported values remain visible. Results depend on those assumptions and should be independently verified.
Documented definitions
Financial metrics follow documented definitions and shared canonical calculation paths. The public Methodology Center explains important inclusions, exclusions, and classifications.
Explanation, not a verdict
Oycora does not produce a proprietary Deal Score or tell a user to buy, avoid, sell, or hold a property. The user remains the decision-maker.
Assumption-based projections
Projections illustrate the entered holding-period assumptions. They are not guarantees, appraisals, market forecasts, or modeled sale proceeds.
Versioned methodology
Material changes to calculation or classification behavior receive a methodology version and effective date. Presentation-only edits do not imply that a formula changed.
